The Cellar

Over the past 40 years Frederick’s has earned a reputation for its wine list. I believe the most important elements to any list are quality, value and choice. Lots of time and effort is taken by me and the sommeliers – and of course much pleasure derived – from personally tasting every wine before it makes it on the list.

A thank you to our suppliers, many of whom we have been working with for more than 30 years for their outstanding work in finding niche wines as well as superb examples of the Old World classics. The cellars are substantial, and allow us to buy wine direct from vineyards and store it perfectly.

You have over 200 bins from which to choose and the sommeliers will be delighted to talk you through the wines to suit your menu.
